Reservation & Payment
All bookings are confirmed based on availability at the time of reservation.
Full prepayment is required upon booking using the hotel’s accepted payment methods.
The hotel reserves the right to change or cancel promotions without prior notice.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: from 14:00 (2:00 PM).
Check-out time: by 12:00 noon.
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to room availability and additional fees.
Occupancy & Extra Guests
Rates are calculated based on the standard occupancy of each room type.
Extra guests are subject to additional charges.
Maximum occupancy rules apply; extra guests can only be accommodated if permitted by room capacity and hotel policy.
Smoking & Property Care
